Last of Analog Sessions is a triple CD box set by Japanese noise music musician Masami Akita, under the name Merzbow. This set is a limited edition and comes with an embroidered patch. Each CD comes in separate cardboard sleeves packaged in a foil stamped black box.

The cover of Catapillar is a tribute to the self-titled album by rock group Catapilla combined with Minazo. "Bozzio" samples Terry Bozzio drumming on "Hands with a Hammer" from You Can't Do That on Stage Anymore, Vol. 3 by Frank Zappa. This track is a different version of "Shin Kawasaki" from Maschinenstil.
