[edit] American release
Last Man Standing was aired on BBC America and the Discovery Channel in the US. On the Discovery Channel the show is titled Last One Standing and started on Thursday, October 4 with Kalapalo Wrestling. Both stations aired all 12 episodes; 8 of the episodes were aired in the UK and 4 added for the US release, although controversial scenes of canine masturbation in episode 3 were heavily censored by the Discovery Channel[citation needed]. Both the UK and US seasons would feature different endings because of the extra 4 challenges—Kraho Log Running, Andean Ice Race, Java Martial Arts, and Vanuatu Canoe Race. It is still not decided whether they will be shown in the UK or if Richard Hammond will be the narrator.
