Las Alitas is a Mexican chain of fast casual restaurants specializing in Buffalo Wings, founded in 1995 by a young entrepreneur named Javier Gracia.
It also serves BBQ Ribs, hamburgers, salads and more. Las Alitas is based in Monterrey, Mexico, and operates under the franchise system, operating restaurants in the Mexican cities of Monterrey, Guadalajara, Torreón, Aguascalientes, Villahermosa, Chihuahua, Cd. Juarez and Saltillo.
