[edit] History
The record label was founded in 2004 and is owned by Travis Barker, former-member of blink-182, The Aquabats, Transplants, Boxcar Racer and current member of +44 and Expensive Taste. The label is located in Corona, California. Most of the bands currently signed to LaSalle are punk rock based although Travis has said, "I'll sign anything from punk to hip hop to country to speed metal—I don't give a fuck as long as it's good." [1]
The first band signed to the label in 2004 was The Kinison, their debut album, What Are You Listening To?, being the first album released by the label. The Nervous return were signed next, followed by Barker's own band, Transplants (formerly with HellCat Records), who released the group's second album, Haunted Cities, in 2005.
