The LaSalle Expressway is a short highway in Niagara Falls, New York. The expressway begins near the North Grand Island Bridge and Interstate 190 (New York) with traffic to and from the Robert Moses State Parkway. The eastern terminus is at Williams Road, just south of the Niagara Falls International Airport. The LaSalle Expressway is part of unsigned New York Reference Route 951A; the other portion, not connected to the LaSalle Expressway, is located along Niagara Street between the Rainbow Bridge and Fifth Street in downtown Niagara Falls.

There are two lanes in each direction, separated by a grassy median strip. Currently, only three exits exist on the expressway; however, the LaSalle was originally proposed as an Outer Loop for the Buffalo-Niagara Falls area, stretching from I-190 in Niagara Falls south to Blasdell. The mile-long Milestrip Expressway in Blasdell and the LaSalle Expressway were the only portions of the Loop that were constructed.^[2]

Near its current eastern terminus, the LaSalle Expressway passes directly south of the Love Canal disaster site.

The Interstate 890 designation was once considered for the proposed Buffalo Outer Loop. Ultimately, the designation went to an expressway in the Capital District near Albany.^[2]

When first built, the LaSalle Expressway was planned to continue south through Wheatfield and North Tonawanda to connect with the Twin Cities Memorial Highway. Although the connection was never built, evidence of the initial plans are visisble at the respective termini of each highway.
