If you disagree with the change made to an article where an OTRS ticket is used as the only reason, please email the OTRS volunteer or contact a person listed on the list of OTRS personnel to start a review and do not undo the change until discussion has concluded. The OTRS volunteer is likely in possession of confidential information that shouldn't be published on a public site.

I am happy to review the actions of other OTRS volunteers, if you have a concern that cannot be dealt with by contacting the original volunteer directly, or if you did not receive satisfaction from your initial contact. In either of those cases, please feel free to contact me, and include the ticket number in question. I will look into the matter and get back to you. Note that I will not reveal non-public information. If you do not have the ticket number please give me as much context (the article name, the OTRS volunteer involved and anything else that you think will help me locate the ticket) as possible, subject to privacy considerations.
