Lars Bender

Lars Bender (b. April 27, 1989 in Rosenheim, Bavaria) is a German footballer who currently plays for the 1st team of TSV 1860 Munich. He won the gold medal of the Fritz-Walter-Medaille, which is an important german Youth-Player-Award. His Twin-brother Sven won the bronze-medaille of this award. Their cousin Tommy Joseph Louis Bender currently plays his football for the Coca-Cola championship outfit Colchester United F.C and represents Wales at U16 level.
