Larry Underwood (born September 9, 1966 in Nashville, Tennessee) is an American actor best know for his portayal of Dr. Gangrene.

Larry Underwood has appeard in a number of short films, as well as the documentary American Scary. However his best known work is as the Horror HostDr. Gangrene on the long running WNAB television program Creature Feature.

Underwood also printed an underground comic by the name of Best Cellars which featured the first published work of Eric Powell (comic writer) in a pre-cursor to The Goon.

Larry Underwood is married with three sons, and has resided in Hendersonville, Tennessee, just north of Nashville since 1996.
