Larry O'Bannon was a basketball player for the Louisville Cardinals in 2005 when they made it to the 2005 Final Four. In that tournament O'Bannon was named Regional MVP. In the 2005-06 season O'Bannon played on the Serbian basketball team KK Red Star Beograd of the Adriatic League reaching the national league's second place and losing in the finals with his team.
The following season O'Bannon played on the Italian Serie A team Amatori Udine. On February 7, 2007, O'Bannon was traded to Basket Napoli.[1] He currently is with Rethymno BC of the Greek A1 League.
