Larry Brackins (born November 5, 1982 in Dothan, Alabama) is an American football wide receiver for the Philadelphia Soul of the Arena Football League. He was originally drafted by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the fifth round of the 2005 NFL Draft, but never made the 53-man active roster during the regular season. He played college football at Pearl River Community College.
