Talk:Lapidus cottages

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Good morning, This article represents an important historical site in upstate NY which had significance in and during the Woodstock Concert. Located in White Lake NY the site was next door to and played a diverse role in the feeding and care of concert goers. Please let me continue to build the article before deciding on its significance.

It is worth noting that the Woodstock Festival of 1969 was an effort by the Town of Bethel and its landholders as a whole. Lapidus and others played a significant role as landholders in all aspects of the festival from zoning permits to facilitation and finally cleanup. THose of us who where there at he time can see the absence in the historical data making referance to these "others" at work bringing the festival to fruition.
