In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Suggestions on how to do so can be found here.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

[edit] Speedy deletion of Pudgee Tha Phat Bastard

A tag has been placed on Pudgee Tha Phat Bastard requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. Request reason: " I was told that the page violated copyrights and that was the reason it was deleted, when recreating it, I removed ALL potentially copyrighted material. when I first created the page I had already contested why the page deserves to be made and jusified it's signifigance. He's (Pudgee) an iconic hip hop figure amongst fans and artists and has proved himself again and again by holding his own on songs w/ legends like Notorious BIG, DMX, and Kool G Rap. He released a major label album in 1993 on Warner Bros Records, and has written songs for artists like TLC, Salt-n-Pepa, Shawna (on the fast n furious soundtrack), and countless others... I can't possibly think of a reason that he wouldn't deserve a wikipedia page. I hope you will correct this injustice and allow the page to exist"

Since it seems to me like he might make the notability criteria at WP:BAND (he does, if it can be verified, have a major-label CD), I might be willing to unblock you if it's OK with Rudget and if you spend some time getting reliable sources together to bolster this claim to notability, and posting them here. Non-trivial coverage (i.e., all or most of an article devoted to him) in a respected hip hop publication or even a non-music publication would help, particularly wrt to the collaborations with with Biggie et al.
