[edit] Issues

When I first set out to implement these sample language templates, I discovered that none of the parameters to language/Draft were making it into the module. So I changed the module invocation to pass all the parameters used by the modules, and ran afoul of a design limitation in the MediaWiki software, specifically relating to the (non)substitution of undefined template parameters. The only workaround I've found is to always pass all parameters to language/Draft, which sort of defeats the purpose.

I'm thinking that what we need instead is something along the lines of this.
