The article presently says that Hawker "was the third pilot to receive the Victoria Cross" but also that he was "the first aviator ever to earn Britain's top award for valour [The Victoria Cross]". So... was he the first or the third? Jacob1207 (talk) 02:08, 9 December 2007 (UTC)
After Warneford and Rhodes-Moorhouse, Hawker was indeed the third RFC VC recipient. I have amended the tex accordingly. Thanks Harryurz (talk) 13:51, 9 December 2007 (UTC)
