There is nothing "strange" about Landnamabok. Records were kept of property ownership, servants, conflicts, etc in Medieval times in Europe. Today we keep records just like they kept in those distant times. By far I would omit the use of the word "strange" in the article, because there is nothing strange about it. Please remember that Landnamabok is not a novel, it is not a play, it is not a book you would read to entertain yourself.
