According to the town's homepage, this is the historical Kronland and the birthplace of Jan Marek Marci. Some webpages give "Landskron" as the Czech equivalent of "Kronland". While "Landskron"may have been occasionally used for "Lanskroun", it may also be a mistaken identification of "Kronland" with the Austrian town of "Landskron". Jorge Stolfi 22:58, 16 Mar 2004 (UTC)

In German it's not called "massacre of Landskron" but "Blutgericht von Landskron" or "Volksgericht von Landskron".
