In 2005 Lankair applied to the Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka to operate services to the following destinations: Budapest, Kolkata, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Malé, Moscow, Mumbai, Seoul and Shanghai, using Boeing 767-200ER aircraft. ^[1]
