Lanigan is a community in south-central Saskatchewan, Canada, at the intersection of TransCanada Yellowhead Highway 16 and Highway 20, approximately 117 km east of Saskatoon and 170 Km north of Regina.

- Hockey player Bobby Baun was born in Lanigan. He is noted for scoring overtime winner for Toronto in 1964 playoffs against Detroit, while playing with a fractured ankle.
- Wade Brookbank of the Carolina Hurricanes, and younger brother Sheldon of the New Jersey Devils were also born in Lanigan.
- Brian Propp, a famous ice hockey player was born in Lanigan.
- Lanigan is also the home town of the band Age of Electric
