Langston Wilde is a fictional character on ABC's daytime drama One Life to Live. She has been played by Brittany Underwood since 2006.

Langston is Starr Manning's best friend. When she first came to Llanview she was mean to Starr and the two were not friends. Her parents didn't pay attention to her and she took out her anger on everyone else. They fought over boys and were rude to each other. When she and Starr went to a quarry one night in summer 2006, their friendship changed a lot when Langston dared Starr to jump off a high cliff. Starr jumped and suffered a bad head injury. Starr made a full recovery. When Langston realized what she had done, she immediately apologized to Starr, and the two became best friends.

Although Langston didn't approve of Starr's boyfriend, Cole Thornhart, (after his run-in with steroids) she eventually accepts him after seeing how much he really means to Starr.

Langston is a bit wild, unique, and is not afraid to stick up for herself or her friends. She has the smarts and the backbone to get the best of anyone, especially in high school to mean girl Britney Jennings. She seems to have built up a protective wall around herself, and has a hard time letting people in. At one point she took interest in self-proclaimed 'bad boy' Markko Rivera, but didn't know how to show it. As she and Markko got closer, she made a bold move and attempted to get Markko to have sex with her. Markko recognized what she was doing and told her that she did not have to have sex with him to keep him hanging around. The two then officially became a couple.

Markko began to become suspicious that Langston's parents did not care about her since they were never around. After Markko invited Langston to meet his parents, he confessed to Langston how much he loved her. As Langston began spending more nights with Starr, Dorian Lord began to grow suspicious that her parents were neglectful. She had Rex Balsom investigate, and realized the truth: Langston's parents had died. After Dorian confronted Langston with the truth, Langston admitted that her parents died the year before in a car crash in Vietnam and that she had been hiding the truth the whole time. While Dorian was there, Markko showed up, worried because Langston had missed dinner with his parents. She told Markko that her parents had died in a car accident in Vietnam, but left it at that. Dorian took her home with her, where Langston confessed the truth to a shocked Starr and her mother, Blair Cramer Manning.

Starr told Langston that Markko would support her and be understanding of the truth. Rival Britney overheard Markko tell Cole that Langston's parents had died the day before. Langston took Markko aside and told him the truth. She expected him to hate her, but he was supportive and reassured her of his love. He even told her that they attended Elementary School together and that she used to make fun of him because he was a nerdy kid and let his mother dress him and called him freakazoid. She was mortified she had treated him like that, but he told her it only made him like her more. She then confessed to Markko that she had been scared before to say but, she loves him too. Their happiness was short-lived when Britney showed up with Social Services, as Britney had overheard Cole and Starr discuss that Langston's parents had been dead for over a year. Social Services had no choice but to take Langston, where she was whisked away to a group home. Blair Cramer Manning had originally offered to foster Langston, but her application was rejected due to her being unavailable for the interview. Dorian Lord stepped up, and was approved as Langston's foster mother.

Soon, Social Services required Langston to attend grief counciling. She originally shys away from this until she learns that Cole also was to attend due to the loss of his mother. They both go to the meeting together, and find it's better than they expected and actually helpful. The meetings have a rule about not talking about what is said in counciling so Cole and Langston develop mutual experiences they must keep from Starr. When everyone forgets Starr's birthday, Langston and Cole start planning a belated surprise birthday party for her. Because of this, the two must sneek around behind Starr's back; all the while they get closer. Starr becomes suspicious of them, thinking Cole is cheating on her with Langston. On the night of the party, Starr tells them her suspicions and says she will never talk to them again. Immediately afterwards, they surprise her with the party, and she apologizes for thinking they were cheating. Later, Cole and Langston talk about how they became unsure of what their feelings for each other were, but they realized they just cared for each other as friends.
