"Lane moje" (Serbian: Лане моје) (English: My Sweetheart (there is not the good English translation for this. Lane in Serbian means 'fawn') ) is the name of the song by Serbian singer Željko Joksimović. Lane moje was an Award-Winning song from the Eurovision Song Contest 2004 by Zeljko Joksimovic and Ad Hoc Orchestra.
After qualifying from the semi-final the song turned the tables in the final, and the 263 points it received were sufficient to claim a first famous Eurovision success for Serbia. With all lyrics sung by Serbian language, "Lane moje" was inspired by ethno elements and traditional Serbian music style. The song was remembered for a very dramatic and sad performance
