Landswood de Coy LLP [known informally as Landswood] is a Commercial Property Consultancy based in Central London. Though involved primarily in Investment Agency and Property Management, other Property services, including surveying work is also carried out.

Landswood de Coy LLP was founded in January 2006 by Ari Eckstein and Edward Schwab, who are partners in the business. Both founders had previously worked at other property companies and came together to form a business. In Landswood's first few months, several large-scale deals placed them high up in the property sector's esteem, and they became well known amongst several large Central London property companies [1].

Landswood de Coy LLP has been situated, from its inception until mid-September 2007, at Grove House, 248a Marylebone Road, Central London. From mid-September 2007, and for the foreseeable future, they will be based at 17 Wigmore Street.
[edit] Employees
Landswood de Coy LLP employs three people. The first is a book-keeper who deals with tax issues and general bookkeeping duties. The second is a secretary/PA to assist the partners and the third is a University undergraduate brought in for work experience and to conduct viewings of relevant properties.
