Lance A. Schulters (born May 27, 1975 in Guyana) is an American football safety who is currently a free agent. He was originally drafted by the San Francisco 49ers in the fourth round of the 1998 NFL Draft. He played college football at Hofstra.

Schulters attended Nassau Community College in Garden City, New York and was a student and a letterman in football. In football, he was a two-year starter. He then transferred to Hofstra University.

Schulters played four seasons with the San Francisco 49ers and three seasons with the Tennessee Titans, making the Pro Bowl in 1999. He was cut by the Titans prior to the 2005 season but was signed by the Miami Dolphins with whom he had 4 interceptions and 77 tackles that season. He signed with the Atlanta Falcons on November 8, 2006, as a backup to replace injured defensive back Kevin Mathis. On October 24, 2007, the Dolphins resigned Schulters after suffering several injuries in their secondary.
