Lance Picioane (born June 7, 1980) is an Australian rules footballer who played for Adelaide, Hawthorn and the Kangaroos during his time in the AFL.
Picioane started his career in 1998 with Adelaide but found it difficult to find a regular spot a side that had won a premiership the previous season. He returned to the league in 2000 with Hawthorn after been chosen at pick 79 in the 1999 National Draft. Playing mostly in the midfield, Picioane managed 58 games in his 5 years at Hawthorn before being delisted in 2004 due to a drink driving charge.
