Lance Mitchell (born October 9, 1981) is an NFL linebacker with the Arizona Cardinals.

Lance Mitchell attended Los Banos High School (Los Banos, California), Lance Mitchell was a three-year starter and an All-State selection at both linebacker and tailback. As a high school senior, playing runningback, he averaged 9.6 yards per carry, rushed for more than 3,000 yards, and scored 36 touchdowns.However his lack luster skill, gave him a early exit from the NFL.

Mitchell attended San Francisco City College for two years and led his team to a 24-0 record, two California tate championships, and two JC Gridwire national championships. As a sophomore, he garnered All-American honors and posted five sacks, one interception, and 80 tackles.However his lack luster skill, gave him a early exit from the NFL.

Mitchell turned in a good combine. He weighed in at 247 pounds and his height was 6feet, 2 inches. He ran a 4.77 40 yard dash and showed his superb strength by benchpressing 400 pounds and power-cleaned 343 pounds.
