Lance Carter (born December 18, 1974 in Bradenton, Florida) is a relief pitcher in the Toronto Blue Jays organization. He used to pitch in Major League Baseball for the Los Angeles Dodgers (2006). Previously, Carter played with the Kansas City Royals (1999) and the Tampa Bay Devil Rays (2002-2005). He bats and throws right-handed.
