I couldn't find much information on Norm Spencer, or some of the other actors I was going to create articles for. I'm doing this for actors that don't have an article from the Rescue Heroes TV Series. I was going to do the other actors that were part of the Rescue Heroes TV Series that didn't have an article, but there were too many to do, and I'm busy, with school and all.
