I do not believe this website should be deleted, for the following reasons:

  • The friday's the day incident which involved the calling of an anti-terrorism squad to the school.
  • Lambton High School starting the tradition of Green Day throughout the Newcastle area.

Assuming that this article was written mostly by students (who else would have such POV problems?) stuff like this is very amusing: The schools student, especially this years yr 9 are the best students that have ever attended the school. I was also intrigued by the mention of the 18 hole "gulf" course. Please be mindful of grammar and spelling when editing, Lambton High students! janejellyroll 04:06, 16 April 2007 (UTC)

PLEASE KEEP ABUSIVE LANGUAGE BETWEEN EDITORS TO A MINIMUM ahahaha make me BITCH!

"This site is not in the best interests of students or the school. Continuing to report acts of cowardly vandalism, which have the potential to cause serious injury, will just encourage those losers who are responsible. We have our HSC coming up and just want to get on with our education without further disruptions. We are not impressed by your efforts and they are not appreciated by us or the staff. If you know who is responsible for the criminal acts please report this to the Mayfield Police. Remember your IP number can be traced. The police have the power to do that. If you persist then we will ask the IT staff to block the site!"-Comment left by 58.105.92.204

[edit] WikiProject class rating

This article was automatically assessed because at least one WikiProject had rated the article as start, and the rating on other projects was brought up to start class. BetacommandBot 10:20, 10 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Edit Summary 6 January 2008

I've made some significant edits to this article that can't be covered in an edit summary so I've listed them here.

  • Added {{refimprove}} and {{fact}} tags. Editors need to familiarise themselves with the requirements of Wikipedia's verifiability policy.
  • Replaced infobox with one specifically for Australian schools
  • Populated infobox with correct data. Some of it was wrong. e.g. "campus" refers to the type of campus, not the area and "slogan" and "relieving headmaster" weren't valid fields in the template
  • Fixed various wikilinks
  • Converted links to inline citations
  • Section heading capitalisation as per WP:MOS
  • Replaced broken link with working one
  • Corrected date formats as per WP:Dates
  • Removed non-notable information
  • Removed external links that were redundant, duplicates of links used as citations or were not relevant to the article. (see Wikipedia:External links)
  • general punctuation corrections, especially comma abuse
