Under a proposal to clean up inconsistent disambiguation of rocket article titles, this article, Lambda (rocket), may be moved to Lambda rocket. At this stage, it is only a proposal at an early stage of discussion, but you are encouraged to contribute to the discussion, which is located here.

It is strange that the Japanese called something lambda: there is no voice for L in Japanese ! Needing to pronounce a foreign word containig L, a Japanese not skilled in foreign pronunciation would replace L with R.
