Lamine Diack

Lamine Diack (born 7 June 1933) is from the Senegal and was the 1995-2001 for the Chairman of the Board of the National Water Company "Société Nationale des Eaux" of Senegal (SONES). He was also a member of the IAAF and has been president since 8 November 1999. He was the sportsman in the past.
