The Lamar Towers (also known as Abraj Lamar) is a major development planned for the city of Jeddah in Saudi Arabia.
Located on Jeddah Corniche, it will feature a 310 m (1,017 foot) tall skyscraper with 65 floors.
The proposal for the building was submitted by Cayan in 2006 and was approved on the same year. Construction will begin in 2007 and when completed in 2010 it will be the tallest building in Jeddah, surpassing the recently completed National Commercial Bank. The development is expected to cost $533 million. The tower was designed by Cayan.
