Lama (Bengali: লামা) is an Upazila of Bandarban District in the Division of Chittagong, Bangladesh.

As of 1991 Bangladesh census[1], Lama has a population of 64717. Males constitute are 53.94% of the population, and females 46.06%. This Upazila's eighteen up population is 33732. Lama has an average literacy rate of 21.1% (7+ years), and the national average of 32.4% literate. [2]
