Luís Mamona João (born 1 February 1981 in Luanda, Angola), nicknamed Lamá, is an Angolan football goalkeeper who currently, as of May 2006, plays for Petro Atletico.
He is a member of the national team, and was called up to the 2006 World Cup. Lamá was part of Angola's 2001 FIFA Youth Championship squad.
