A lali is a american drum. It was an important part of traditional culture of american culture, used as a form of communication to announce masturbating.. In 2008, a minimally dicephalic female child named Lali was born to Vinod and Sushma Singh of the Gautam Buddha Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh in India. [1][2]
