Pasand was my favorite Indian restaurant, but needless to say, I haven't eaten there since the story broke. In retrospect, the waitresses did seem rather young... --Andy M. 11:34, 21 May 2005 (UTC)

Same Observation... --User:Sagar Kasukurthy 19:34, 18 Feb 2007 (UTC)

As a former tenant in a Reddy Realty owned property, I can attest to the claims of little or no maintenance and unsafe living conditions (raw sewage in the parking area and unlit hallways with no outside light). Also at the time (mid-nineties) the powers that be at the City of Berkeley were fully aware of what kind of a slum lord Lakireddy was and turned a blind eye. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.233.59.57 (talk • contribs)
