To-do list for Lake of Gruyère:

Here are some tasks you can do:
  • Expand: on the construction of dam, name of the lake, submerged "Pont-en-Ogoz", island
  • Infobox: depth, width, residence_time, frozen

[edit] Infobox missing information

The following fields are still empty: width, depth, residence time (it's a reservoir though), shore, frozen. If you'd like to help completing them, I'd be glad. -- User:Docu

[edit] Sortkey

Would someone please fix the category sortkeys to use "Gruyere" instead of "Gruyère" as per Wikipedia:Categorization#Other_specifics. This was recently broken. --User:Docu

  • The guideline says "generally" but it can be allowed, as per the proper name. Besides that, if you simply look at one of the categories listed, you'll see plenty of accents are used throughout the naming. So stop trying to cause issues, Docu. Haven't you learned enough already? Rarelibra (talk) 22:04, 21 March 2008 (UTC)
There is a difference between category sortkeys and article titles. The page you linked (Category:Lakes of Switzerland) shows titles, not sortkeys.
Besides, Rarelibra, please keep focused on the question at hand. -- User:Docu

Do you now understand the function of the sortkey? -- User:Docu

[edit] Villages and municipalities at the lake: Le Villars

I couldn't find the village named "Le Villars" on a map. Is it not "Villars-d'Avry", instead? Korg (talk) 18:02, 7 April 2008 (UTC)

It's NE of Vuippens at 46°39′51″N, 7°5′21″E, indicated as "Le Villars" or "Route du Villars" on Swiss maps. -- User:Docu
