If this is mainly about the lake, the usual title would be "Lake Mohawk (Ohio)". As the article starts "Lake Mohawk[1] is a man-made lake ..", thus it should be moved back to that title. For a CDP, the title would be "Lake Mohawk, Ohio". Cheers. -- User:Docu
