Lakeview School District

The Lakeview School District is a school district in suburban Battle Creek, Michigan. The district recently completed construction of a brand new, multi-million dollar state of the art high school in early 2006 which includes a ten lane competition pool and a unique "black box" auditorium. The Spartan is the school district's mascot. The district colors are purple and white.

Lakeview School District serves over 3,300 students yearly in its K-12 and Alternative Education programs. Students attend classes in one of seven District buildings, including a high school, a middle school (grades 5-8), and four elementary schools (grades K-4).

Lakeview students excel academically at both the state and national levels with over ninety percent of students continuing their education after graduation from High School. Students also have the opportunity to develop their leadership skills and explore areas of interest through numerous extracurricular activities and athletic programs.
