Lakeland Union High School (LUHS) is the area high school located in Minocqua, Wisconsin. Students from the local grades schools MHLT(Minocqua-Hazelhurst-Lake Tomahawk), AV-W(Arbor Vitae-Woodruff),NLS(North Lakeland school) and LDF (Lac Du Flambeau) attend Lakeland.[clarify] The school district is roughly 820 square miles, and the student body is around 950, but is declining in recent years.
