Lakehaven Shopping Centre
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Lakehaven Shopping Centre is a shopping centre in the Central Coast region of New South Wales, Australia, located about 10 km northeast of Wyong. It is owned by CFS Retail Property Trust, a subsidiary of Colonial First State, who acquired it in April 1997. The centre contains a total retail area (GLA) of 39,053 m² (November 2006) making it the third largest shopping centre on the Central Coast after Erina Fair and Westfield Tuggerah.
Also on the site is an automotive precinct, a library and council services centre for the Wyong Shire Council. [1]. Also adjacent to the site is the recently opened (July 2007) Lake Haven Homemaker Centre [2], which houses stores such as Bunnings, Harvey Norman, in addition to a number of smaller boutique home-maker stores.
