Lake Sherwood is a lake in southwestern Topeka, Kansas, USA. The name is also used for the surrounding community. The lake is usually considered the home of upper class families. It also helped start the major southwest Topeka commercial and residential development. Now, somewhat thanks to the lake, southwest Topeka is Topeka's major center of upper class homes and thus shopping.
