The Lake Otis National Wildlife Refuge is located in the U.S. state of North Dakota and is a small Easement Refuge managed from Audubon National Wildlife Refuge by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. The refuge is located on privately owned land and has no public facilities. Lake Otis is located in the refuge approximately 2 miles (3.2 km) south of Ruso, North Dakota.
