Lake Hamun is a lake in the Province of Sistan and Baluchistan, Iran. At its greatest extent during the rainy season, the lake has an area of 1,600 km². The ruins of Dahaneh-ye qolaman (the slaves gate), that was an ancient Achaemenid city is located near the lake Hamun .
Seasonal tributaries are Halil River and Bampur River.
