Lake Gardens, Victoria

Lake Gardens is a large housing estate located near Lake Wendouree in Ballarat, Victoria Australia. It is made up of expensive, modern town houses, costing markedly more than the average house price in Ballarat.^{[citation needed]} The estate is built along one side of Gillies street. Lake Gardens is serviced by the Ballarat bus service.
