Lake Dore is a freshwater lake in Renfrew County, Ontario, near Eganville, Ontario. It is drained by Snake River, which eventually flows into Muskrat Lake. The lake is about 8 km long and 5 km wide. The Lake is home to a reasonably large population of tourists and campers in the summer months as there are three popular tent and trailer camps at the south end of the lake. A large and prospering clam population has been rumored to exist in the lake. Swimming, Sailing, canoeing, and fishing are popular pass-times on the lake, Northern Pike is the mains species of fish available for anglers here but smallmouth bass and Largemouth bass are also fish in this lake.
