It is my belief that the use of this image in Lake Region High School (Maine) is acceptable under US fair use laws because: 1) It is the logo of a public high school being used to illustrate an article about that school. 2) It is not used in a manner that indicates affiliation with or support from that high school. 3) No free alternatives exist.
