You'd never learn from reading this article that a lot of the fun many people find in reading the story comes from following the brazen manipulative shamelessness of Lady Susan's actions, as she almost succeeds in entrapping a man almost ten years younger than herself in marriage while outwardly observing most of the convetions of decorous lady-like behavior of the day... The text of the article reads as if it has been copied from one or two paragraphs in a book or essay, perhaps the introduction to a critical edition. It certainly needs to be rewritten in a more encyclopedic style, concentrating on factual information rather than a subjective discussion of the work's literary merits.--GagHalfrunt 13:57, 10 April 2007 (UTC)
