Ladyscraper is the performing name of Wayne Adams, a UK gabber / breakcore / grindcore artist. He is one of many artists associated with the Wrong Music label and is frequently mentioned when referring to the Wrong Music label and associated breakcore and noise acts.[citation needed] He is also a member of bands Proudhon and Wearepower. Proudhon is a currently disbanded screamo group who, with their album "The Joy of Sex" received resounding good reviews from music critics.[citation needed] A member of Proudhon is now a member of the rising hardcore punk band "The Ghost of a Thousand". Wearepower are a rock / grunge band who played at the Carling Leeds Festival in 2007.

While being predominantly gabber/breakcore-based, Ladyscraper's sound also incorporates elements of metal, ambient and plunderphonics in his music; including the usage of guitars and miscellaneous sampling.

Ladyscraper, along with various other similar musicians (such as Shitmat) has been featured on BBC Radio 1's "Lap Off", a competition between various musicians playing music on their laptops. This was broadcasted live on BBC Radio 1 and also featured on its respective website.[citation needed]
