Ladycross was a Catholic preparatory school in based in Seaford, East Sussex. Founded in 1891, more than 2,000 pupils attended it before its closure in 1977. Among these pupils were David Auldjo Jamieson, who won the Victoria Cross.[1] In 1978 the school buildings were razed to make way for a housing estate.
