Lady in White is a 1988 film of the ghost/mystery genre. Much of the film was made in and about Wayne County, New York, taking advantage of appropriate local color.

Synopsis: A young boy is locked in his school's cloak room on Halloween night by some school bullies. While he waits to be let out, he witnesses a ghostly murder, and is nearly killed himself when the murderer returns for something he left behind. The boy then befriends the ghost of the young girl he saw killed, and works to figure out who killed her before they can kill again, and to bring some solace to the mysterious lady in white who roams the town he lives in.
