The Lady Luck is a hotel and casino located on 2.7 acres in the downtown area of Las Vegas, Nevada. It is owned by the Las Vegas based CIM Group. Some of the rooms are owned as timeshares.

Was called the Park Plaza Lady Luck for a period of time.
Owned by Lady Luck Gaming Corporation which was acquired by Isle of Capri in 1999 for $59 million.
Sold in 2002 to Steadfast AMX.
May 13, 2005 purchased by the Henry Brent Company for $10.3 million.
May 16, 2005 plans were announced for a major renovation and expansion of the property to begin early in 2006.
The hotel and casino, but not the timeshares, closed on February 11, 2006 at midnight for remodeling, the property is expected to be closed for nine to twelve months.
June 12, 2007 purchased by the CIM Group for $20.4 million.
The casino portion of the building is still standing awaiting renovation.
The renovation is expected to be finished in 2009.
